VFD + submersible pump

Hello, I am working on a VFD and motor that that has me scratching my head.

What I should be seeing is 400Hz @ around 4.5A, but im barely able to hit 25Hz before the amps spike over 5.5A which is the what the pump's rating is at and trips the VFD. My input is 110VAC to 3phase 220V output.

Motor Spec:
3PH / 220V / 5.5A MAX / 400Hz MAX / SF 1.6 / 22800 RPM / 0.5HP

Controller is an Invertek IP66(NEMA 4X): 0.37kW-22kW, 110V/230V Single Phase input from 0.5HP - 30HP
Controller Settings:
400Hz/RPM Max / 0Hz/RPM MIN / Motor Rated Voltage= 220V / Motor Rated Current= 5.5 / Motor Rated Frequency= 50 / Motor Rated Speed(RPM)= 0 / Low Freq Torque Boost= 0 / Pump Mode 110% current limit, Variable torque, spin start off, current limit reduction.

Not sure if Im missing something in the settings or maybe box needs wired differently, spoke to Invertek support and they are scratching their heads too. I swapped motors and leads and experiencing the same issue, used the old controller to double check the pump and leads and it worked fine.

Any ideas/suggestions?

I just figured it out, I need to increase Low Frequency Torque Boost to 3.0%. All myother settings staid the same, I guess I didn’t increase it enough an that was enough to throw it out of whack.

So, current settings with things working are:
400Hz/RPM MAX, 0Hz/RPM MIN, Stop Mode 0, Energy Opt. 0, Rated V 220V, Rated Current 5.5A, Rated speed 0, Low f Boost 3.0, Op mode 1(don’t know if it would help to change to 0, didn’t see a difference yet).
