Jun 18, 2012 #3 TVP Materials Apr 12, 2002 4,592 swall, Element in Wixom, MI (formerly Stork/Climax Research Services) can perform Vickers macrohardness up to 50 kgf: http://www.element.com/docs/documents-wix/wixom_a2la_mechanical0388-011743BA9FD2DC685F970AE17B.pdf Note that their certification is to ASTM E384, as E92 was cancelled in 2003.
