Does anyone have experience with this service?
Water is injected into the heater tubes to increase turbulence and minimize coke lay down. Currently, we are using some milroyal B packed plunger pump. The flowrate is 59 GPH at 505 psig max. We are experiencing very poor reliability. I would like to know if anyone is familiar with this service and what type of pumps are you using?
