I am looking for alternatives. what we need is only to view the model, being able to rotate and basic dimension measure.
Is there a way to view the PDS model in solidworks or inventor?

Thanks.

I haven't tried it yet, but Adobe has a way to print 3D models to a PDF file that you can rotate around. I don't think you can measure it though.

You also have to pay for it.

you might want to post this in the solidworks (forum559) or inventor forums
