VOL FLUX error

I get the following warning in a contact problem with two poroelastic deformable bodies:

"There is zero VOL. FLUX everywhere in the model based on the default criterion. please check the value of the average VOL. FLUX during the current iteration to verify that the VOL. FLUX is small enough to be treated as zero. if not, please use the solution controls to reset the criterion for zero VOL. FLUX."

I am frustrated because I looked through the user manual and I cannot locate the source of the warning

Recommended for you

Changing the element type from linear to quadratic and not using hybrid formulation could help.
