Hello. Does anyone know of some companies/manufacturers for regulators that are NOT in the TO-3, TO-39, and 16-DIP package and can operate at -55C? I've already tried the big name sites (national semiconductor, TI, etc..,). I anticipate there is a TO-220 package out there or possibly smaller.

I'm really just looking for some sites to search. Thanks!

We use a lot of stuff from Internation Recifier. Since I'm not an electrical engineer I can't give you specifics but check the website for yourself.
