Voltage scale.

Hi,

I am trying to find the way to scale voltage drop on battery (from 7.0V to 4.75V) into (1.25V to 0V)as input to my measurement circuit. The scaler circuit shoud be liniar as possible.
Looking forward to see any recommendations.
