Voltage Tool For Medium Voltage Insulated Underground Cable

Hi - Is there anyone can give me websites that can detect voltage on URD cables especially with concentric neutral?

Other tool has the capacity to detect those insulated cables provided they have no neutral screen/concentric neutral.

let us disregard RMU's with capactive test points.

Your help is much appreciated.
