VRF system vs Existing Window ACs

We are about to replace the window ac by a new VRF system in a apartment building and our customer requesting for IEER SEER EER calculation to compare both the units, its advantages, Cost efficient we require a calculations to prove and convince the customer.

Unit manufacturer can provide you IEER, SEER and EER ratings.
But you are trying to compare apples and oranges.

VRF is much more complicated and if something fails, the fix can be expensive. Whereas with window units, you just go to your local hardware store and buy a new one.

Another consideration with VRF is the amount of refrigerant you now have. Be sure to check ASHRAE 15 for design/installation guidance to minimize risk to your occupants.
