I have a spec. to be developed at 5100 kpa / -29 deg. C through 4330kpa / 215 deg C. (non-steam) per CSA Z662 code.

Wall thickness calculation for straight pipe can be done per the formula per para. 4.3.3.1.1 (Z662)

I can not find any formula / statement to calculate bend wall thickness.

Can anyone share your experiences?

Thanks,
Danbury

For fabricated bends, if the CSA code does not address it specifically, I think you could reasonably refer to the equations in ASME B31.3 304.2 that make use of the reduction factors / Lorenz factors as a function of bend diameters.

SNORGY.
