Warehouse design

I am designing a warehouse (ventilation, heating, etc.) in Dallas, Texas. Owner is a used car dealer and stores cars in this 20,000 sq.ft space. There is a prefabricated paint booth in the warehouse. There are 3 existing exhaust fans, 12000 cfm each.
What are the related codes, standards and requirements beside ASHRAE 62.1?
I'd appreciate it if you reference your recommendations with related codes or standards. I am not too interested in rules of thumb.

NFPA has a standard related to the paint booth, and also check your code regarding to storage garage requirements.

this most likely is S-2 storage, the paint booth is something else and you may need fire-separation to the garage. i think find out fire protection first.
For ventilation the code is important, for paint booth add OSHA and other industry requirements.
