Warning Message in NX5.0.2.2 MP2 1

When I'm opening file made on NX5.0.0.25 in NX5.0.2.2mp2, I receive following warning msg:
"Warnings while opening C:\...\filename.prt
The following warnings were issued while loading.
C:\...\filename.prt - This part has internal inconsistencies, please report to GTAC."

It sounds suspiciously like a message I have seen before and usually means the part has passed through the hands of somebody using a dodgy license. If you suspect that is the case and you're an innocent party in this then GTAC will probably help you out.
