Warning with the error of Preconstrained conjugated gradient solver error 1.

Fracture parameter calculation issue: Contour integration for crack 1
includes contact elements which are not supported. These elements are
ignored, and the contour integration results may not be correctly
calculated.

Getting this warning for the linear/nonlinear static structural analysis in ansys workbench and the results are bogus.
In addition to that i am getting the error saying : Preconditioned conjugate gradient solver error level 1. Possibly, the
model is unconstrained or additional iterations may be needed. Try
running setting the multiplier MULT on the EQSLV command to greater
than 1.0 (but less than 3.0).

Please help me with this.
