Sep 27, 2006 #3 dik Structural Apr 13, 2001 25,826 The AISC has a table (2.3) in their BasePlate and Anchor Bolt document for thicknesses used for oversized holes in base plates... for example for 3/4" anchor rods, they recommend a 1-5/16 hole in the BPL and a 2" min washer x 1/4" thick.
