I'm working on a 14 acre wastewater lagoon that has no single well-defined discharge stream. The are about 12 small (6’W x 4’D) discharge streams. The locals are concerned that the lagoon is short-circuiting back upstream of their raw water intake on a nearby river. We need to dam all these small streams, except for one, so we can measure the water quality. The problem is that this is a very remote area and getting that many sandbags, 500-700 – 50lb’ers, will be very difficult. I was thinking along the lines of Terra-Tubes stacked between rebar with some sandbags on top, but Terra-Tubes allow flow. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks,
