Hi,
I have a problem, with water in waterbath. I need a chemical or mechanical solution to keep clean water in testting waterbatch with cans ( leak test ). ( 5m long, 4m width 3m^3 water inside 62oC). Water is changed once per week ( we use softened water). I was thinking about circulation system with filter and uv lamp. We tried quaternary amine but we can't use it according to client request.
Do you have any other ideas (we can't use oxidizing agents according to possibility ofcans damage)?

At 62°C most bacteria do not survive but there can be some exotics that can (think Yellowstone).

A fine pleated filter followed by a UV reactor should do the trick, be sure any equipment you get is compatible with the warm water you are working with.
