Hello.
Here's the situation. My father creates some plastic shaped objects out of plastic tubes and so far the cooling wasnt an issue but now since he has higher demand the issue of cooling rised through the roof.
He creates small about 32cm big and relatively large arrount 95cm figures which are then "baked' after being shaped on metal mold and put on metal shelf on 240°C for 15mins. The cooling was done in cabinet with water mist which was created with water pump (1.5kwh) for 5mins or so. Water was stored in 200L barrel but now changed to 500L one. Water temperature should be 20-25° at best but with consistently cooling stuff water temperature is stuck arround 40-45°. What should we do?
