I am looking for a simplified formula, and the variables needed to determine GPM @ (?)PSI required to effectively charge that particular section in a manifold assembly. The sections will be 10ft. in length. There will be a total of 10 Nozzles per section. Let's use 1.5" pipe(stainless) & show our Nozzles @ 3/4". The vessel operates @ 300 PSI; 40 psi in zero pressure atmosphere works very effective in moving the product from point-A to point-B. Will 340 psi be equal to the 40 psi in this instance ? The Pump used is capable of 180GPM/1500psi mawp. I would like to know how many of these sections I could effectively charge at one time w/this pump. My nozzle & host pipe vary w/ID on different configurations ie; 1" pipe w 3/4",1/2",3/8" orifices (10) Is there a formula I can use to determine other Host pipe/nozzleID configurations........all in 10'sections? Any & all comments & or suggestions welcomed...... T-Mark
