Water marks remowal on SS

Hallo!

How shuold I remowe water marks from stainless steel on metalsurface? I tried alchohols, and different solvents but without success. I cannot use oii or some similar fluids.

Then it is likely minerals that were in the water. Clean the same way that you remove scale from pots and pans, mild acid like TBE says.
Citric is a good option, but depending on the minerals you may need to try a few different ones. You can try acetic (vinegar) or phosphoric. You should be able to use 5% or less concentration and let it sit a while. Rinse very well with clean water afterwards, use distilled or de-ionized not just tap water. And dry them quickly, rinsing in warm water helps. Don't use sulfuric or HCl.
