WATER WORKS SLEEVE VALVE CHARACTERISTICS

Does anyone have sleeve valve characteristics in the form of tau vs stroke or open area? Specifically, information on Pratt Valves would be useful. They show Cv vs Stroke in their literature but my program requires tau vs stroke or open area.
