Watermark or change the theme in NX 1

Hi we are currently transitioning to teamcenter however we have some legacy native NX and local settings to our (Canada) location. Is there a way to add a watermark or particular colour theme to native NX to make it obvious that the local settings are in use? We get new users that open things natively out of the box and some items like hardware do not load. Digging in the reuse I can determine if the user hasn't ran the startup batch file we created to ensure local settings are used. But if there was an obvious theme to the program this would speed up catching these mistakes.

Simplest way to do it is assign the "wrong" model and asm templates some weird background colour, like bright red (and disable showing blank templates).

You can also set UGII_LANG=chinese globally and only set it to english with that local settings batch file. That'll show 'em!
