Watts per M2 to Heat as comparison with Water Radiators 1

Hi,My name is Ted and not being an electrical Eng I need some advice and help.
We are working with Conductive Poymers (Carbon based)
I want to be able to work out what a square meter of say 200 Watts per Sq meter of this material would radiate when I apply it in between two aluminium sheets.
The Conductive Polymer by the way is only 0.25mm thick.
I am trying to compare with central heating Radiators out put of say 800 Watts for a radiator size 1000mmx600mm.
These polymers are so efficient we are using them in industrial sectors.

It should be a very straightforward calc if you know the conductivity (or resistivity) of the material. Do you have that value?
 
Also of course either the voltage accross the plates or total current would need to be specified.
 
ELECTRICPETE,
The conductive polymerruns off 48 volts at 200 Watts per square metre.
If we use a 500mm wide piece of conductive polymer of 200Watts per sq mtr at 48 volts we get 400Watts and so on.
Maximum current with this material is 10 Amps.
We can get various widths from 100mm to 700mm and various
Watts per sq mtr 100,200 and 300.
By using the conductive properties of the material attached to aluminium to radiate the heat I want to compare it with a typical hot water radiator.
How do I convert Watts per sq metre say to a radiator giving 804 for a radiator measuring 1000mmx600.
is 804 in BTHu and how do I get a comparison with Watts.
