We are having issues with the shutt

We are having issues with the shutter, we keep getting alarm code Shutter not latched , also every time we switch from manual to auto servo not ready turns red.

Nobody reading your request for help has any idea what kind of laser or resonator you are having problems with, so it would be impossible to offer any meaningful advice.
