Does anyone have any experience using weight management for deformable parts? How do you get weight management to calculate weight for deformable tubing components at various lengths in an assembly?

Thanks,

In that case, since the actual 'deformed' component is also a body in the assembly file, you could add the weight measurement at the assembly level selecting the body of the 'deformed' component there.

To an Engineer, the glass is twice as big as it needs to be.

John,

To do this, would you then add the material properties (Tools/Material Properties) to the deformed body? Just as you would the orginal body in any other component?

Thanks,
