I have got this question and I need please your replies according to ASME Code.

No. they don't fit.

A WNF is designed to be welded to a pipe with the same ID.

A socket weld elbow is designed to weld a pipe with a defined OD

A drawing or sketch would help define whatever sort of Frankenstein's monster is being proposed.

Just buy the proper materials ( A BW elbow e.g.)

You can weld fitting to fitting if they are the same OD and ID.

Pressure and temperature will determine whether you require butt (groove) welded joints or socket (fillet) welded joints.
You shouldn't be mixing the two together.
LI's description of "Frankensteins monster" is an apt description !

Firstly, I would like to thank you for the answer.

But, is there any references from these answers in ASME Code ?
I want to say my refusal, but according to the ASME Code.

So, is there any reference in ASME Code ?

The ASME codes are not in the business of saying don't do this or don't do that. They tell you what you can do at what pressure and temperature for example.

They assume some level of knowledge and experience in the user.

This goes under the listing of both those above.
