Weld Note TYP E.E. 1

We came across a weld tail symbol "TYP E.E." in a drawing on site. I looked up the symbol and it seems to be a frequently used welding abbreviation, but I was wondering if anyone here know what the abbreviation means? We understand the TYP means Typical, but never came across the "E.E." abbreviation.

 

Will this Typing Ever End (Typ E.E.)?

Never use Letter Designation on drawings without explanation, in addition to being dangerous, may also be costly, for certain shops in their desire to be safe use much more welding than is necessary.

That's the correct way of doing it... I have a standard note:

with several hundred abbreviations... it is edited as required.
