Would anybody mind sharing the general structural notes for these two items here! Our library doesn't have these notes so I want a jump start on creating a new set of notes for both.

Thanks in advance.

Although notes will vary from engineer to engineer, the notes should generally cover the following:

1) diameter and length of headed studs required
2) general instructions of how to layout the studs in the low flutes of the deck
3) Maximum stud spacing along beam, minimum side to side spacing, clearance from edge of beam flange, additional studs, etc.
4) Fastening of deck to beams
5) Removal of ceramic ferrules
6) Restrictions on erection of masonry walls on composite slabs until proper curing.

I hope this helps....
