Is there any simulation software which can calculate the amount of deformation going to take place after certain volume of welding?
we have a 2/3, 1/3 V groove with thickness of job about 100-150 mm with S355 material.

Your money will be wasted on software if you don't come to grips with the fundamental causes and mechanisms of distortion in heavy section groove welds. There are a few principles you will need to put into practice.

Step 1 is reviewing the MTRs for V and Nb content - these are bad actors that thick plates are sometimes doped with to achieve tensile properties. They can cause stress relief cracking (assuming this weld will be PWHT).

"If you don't have time to do the job right the first time, when are you going to find time to repair it?"
