Dear all,
I have 12Cr1MoVg material
1. My question is can I used E7018 electrode
2. Another one question is how I know from drawing this is the P5 or P11 or P22 or P91 Material. Please help me

1. E7018 is typical for CS to low Cr alloy, not suitable for 12Cr material.
2. Don't assume it. May issue a RFI to Engineer for clarification.
 
The drawing should have the material specified in a table on it. If you cannot find them, ask the Engineer for clarification as stated bove.

I will try to help your second question.

I am not sure what drawings you possess, but I will try to lead you in the right direction.

1. If the equipment was installed under a specific project, look up the project folders to find the component drawing, material certs, WPS, PQR etc.
WPS/PQR will specify the P Nos...
P-Nos are assigned in ASME BPVC Sex IX.
2. If you got the MTRs, it will give details of material standard like SA/ASTM/UNS etc., chemical composition and material properties.
3. If you still want to verify the P-Nos, go to Sec II Part D and look up the appropriate material standard under the relevant table.
