welding heat resistant stainless grade HT 1

Hi,
I need a little help for welding heat resistant stainless steel casting alloys (similar to ASTM A 351 gr HT)
Is anybody having some information to share about: what welding rod better to use, pre-heat temps, cooling speed, and post-weld heat treatment if any...

Filler metal recommended is AWS type ER330 / E330-15 high carbon high silicon.
No preheat , no PWHT.
Interpass temperature max 150 Deg. C
