Welding of A2-70 Bolts

Good Day

M6 A2-70 bolts (ISO 3506) are tack (spot) welded using a 1x2mm fillet weld 6mm long onto a 316 SS plate to prevent rotation during bolt up. Is there a concern regarding the degradation of mechanical properties of the bolt for a service life of 30 years?

Any suggestions or further reading will be appreciated.

Welding on the bolt head? What size head? What welding process? Filler wire alloy? I would be concerned with corrosion resistance.
