WELDING ON NX6 NOT WORKING BTW CILINDERS AND FLAT SURFACES 1

Welding module for NX6, simply can't do the job when the intersection has one curve surface, i use fillet , groove, but no way... it's necessary to create an "artificial" edge?

It sounds to me like you are working in a combination of solid bodies and surfaces (sheets). That can cause problems.

is not that, i explain better the problem:
with welding assistant, in modeling, If the fit is not a perfect cilinder in a perfect hole (that works) simply impossible to make weld, give messages about topology and/or initial and final points.Some times in preview i reach to see the profile but at the end fails.
