Hi,
I might be asking the wrong department here but here it is, we had recently set up a production line of welders. Five dc400 in a line type fashion. We have all of the weld bench connected together with 1/0 cable to prevent an operator from burning up a ground in the SO cord because his welder wasn't properly grounded to the table next to him. However while tig welding
the operators are telling me that the welder seems to drop off power wise when ever the next bench is welding. Is it possiable to get some feed back through the grounds of these benchs that would effect the quality of his welds. We have isolated one of these unit and it did improve but can someone exsplain why. Please be kind if it's that obvious.
