Hello All,

I have several PQR's to try and develop. the PQR's need to cover a rang in thickness form 3.17mm to 30.96mm. All material is A182-F51 and A790, both thies grades come uner Pno:10H group 1 to Pno:10H grounp 1.

The Pqr's wil be subject to impact testing and hardness testing.

I have proposed the following test coupons to be welded.
1: 125NB STD 6.55mmWT
2: 150 XS 10.97mmWT
3: 300NB XXS 25.40mmWT

will these coupons cover the above thickness range with impact testing
and with thinness ranges apply the B31.3 table 323.3.1 limits - or the ASME IX limits on QW-403.6?

also if the impact test specimen in undersize (thickness less then 10mm) can impact testing be conducted?
So can I do impact testing on 6.55mm wall thickness pipe?

thank you all very much for the help
