welding procedure for a276 s41500 material

What welding consumables can i used in welding and repair of a276 s41500 for pump shaft and i need repair procedure.defect of shaft is out of roundness.we want increase thickness of shaft by welding before machining.

The ASTM A 276 UNS S41500 is a wrought version of CA 6NM. I would use an ER410 NiMo welding consumable for weld overlay. This filler metal is comparable to CA 6NM. Do you have any idea as to how to weld this material, including preheat, and post weld heat treatment requirements?
