Is there any material we can use for a continuous welding of brushed stainless steel sheets (to avoid distorsion?
if this material is not available, is there any paste for stainless steel that we can use as decorative way to hide the unwelded line between two sheets?

Hi structural1

What thicknesses are you joining and what is the the end configuration, flat, round? And what kind of stainless? Are you trying to maintain a mill-produced brush finish or can you control this? Is this for strength or architectural finish? There are plenty of ideas.

What is the thickness of the sheet. What is the product and service conditions i.e whether load bearing , pressure application etc . This will determine the welding process to be used after taking into account aesthetic looks.
