I created a part which consists of a flat plate and a tube welded to the top of that with some holes. The weldment symbol shows up on my feature tree, but when I went under solidbodies to pick the items to be in my cutlist, there are just holes listed there. I'm assuming I did something wrong and my extrudes are not considered weldment pieces. What did I do wrong, and can I convert what I have into a weldment?

Thanks,
Lori

You did nothing wrong.

The solid bodies always take the name of the last feature applied to them. If you select the item in the cut list folder, the entire body should highlight - extrude feature and holes. If you add a fillet to the plate, it's body in the cut list will rename itself to fillet.

It is confusing if you don't know what's happening.

That explains things.
I would have never expected the solidbodies to change names, seems like a weird glitch.

Thanks,
Lori
