Weldment wonderment

I've been creating weldment profiles and have run across something strange. I have various profiles of tubing square and round with differing wall thickness's. The Rounds seem all to work fine however the squares seem to fail about 50% of the time. When I go to apply it to my sketch it comes up with an error saying the profile is empty. I've redrawn the profiles that are not working but that doesn't fix it. It has to be something wrong with my sketch but I cannot see what it might be. Does anyone have any hints?
