Westinghouse Bulk Oil Circuit Breaker

Would anyone have the total clearing time for a Westinghouse Bulk Oil Circuit Breaker type GM-H, 138 kV., 800A, 2500 MVA. Built 1947.

Even though this is a specific request, I seem to be facing this dilemma quite often. Does anyone have a resource for Westinghouse OCB's?
