I am in desperate need of an instruction manual for a Westinghouse type DHP 3000A circuit breaker. We have burnt two trip coils because the mechanism is hanging up and need a drawing(parts layout) of how the trip mechanism works. Oh yeah, we found a broken bolt under the breaker when we racked it out - that's why we need the mechanical layout. We're hoping that the piece was old and not from the breaker-because it is threaded and not a pin. We're praying that it is just old grease hogging down the mechanism. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Hint....ZogZog

Sounds like she needs a complete rebuild, either way you will be taering down and rebuilding the mech, you cant properly lubricate it without doing so.

DHP's can be tough, I stock all the mech parts here and we rebuild them all the time. I have the book I can send you but it is too large a file to attach here.
