I am working on wet well design. There are two submersible pumps (one duty+ one standby). I am not clear about pump cycle time and how to find out pump on/off switch depth in the wet well. If anybody can give some tips it will be helpful for me. thanks.

There are a number of important factors that you have not addressed. For example, if you plan to utilize variable speed pumps, the wetwell will be smaller. You also will have requirements from the regulatory agency. The elevation of the sewer inlet is also important. Pump cycle times are also important.
