What (10NX) files can I delete?

What files are created during a crash or hang and are safe to delete from /ideas_data.

I have a batch file to delete these files which I wrote for AS4 but there seems to be more files created in 10NX.

Some time ago I found a list of filetypes and what they do/how they are controlled but can't remember where.
