What are certifications required to become a QA/QC mechanical inspector(Static & rotating equipment + piping)?

For pressure vessels, API 510
For Tanks, API 653

Not sure on rotating equipment.

In the EU: none, afaik. There are however some genera courses in welding engineering and welding inspection which provide valuable background to most fields in pressure equipment.
