What are the instructions to create a FEM analysis report ?

Hi All

I have been working as FEA analyist for some companies , but , for me was a question that is there any structure for making a good report for who wants to understand the report ? any standard process and steps for that ?

I meant for example mentioning the number of total elements or the number of element where the maximum stress is in or details like this does it make sense ?
