What does HVL means?

This is probably is stupid question, but I haven't been able to find what HVL stand for in terms like HVL Switch, HVL Section, HVL/cc etc. I guess is something like High Voltage "Line or Load" but I am not sure.

As far as i know HVL is just the trademark name for a Square D Load Interrupter Switch.
