Hi ,

I am buying an E/O insurance and in their provisions says: "Limited form Contractual ". I wonder if anybody knows about this term.

Thank you

Probably the insurance company representative knows, or thinks he does. Don't trust him to provide a correct explanation.

Certainly your lawyer does.

It could mean several things depending on the context. Is it referring to liability? Is it referring to a class of E/O insurance?

Get the insurer to clarify, but not the selling agent. Get your answer from within the insurer's legal department, not sales.
