What electrode or filler rod to weld pipe material AISI 4130?

Dear All Engineer's,
What electrode or filler rod to weld pipe material AISI 4130?
We're in the middle on prepared the new PQR & WPS for material 4130.
Please someone advise me.

What welding process do you plan to use?

ESAB makes a filler metal for 4130.

Postweld heat treatment or as-welded condition?

Im not familiar with this material requirement.
Im welding pipe with diameter 6" with thickness 21mm.
Ambient temperature.
Please advise sir.
