Does anyone know if there is replacement software for Batch Pro? My company used it in R14 and we are now on 2002 and it isn't compatible. I am looking for replacement software.

What I am trying to do:
I want to be able to select a group of drawings and apply a line of code to each drawing. For example,
-layer_f_b-prelim__qsave_

This freezes the "b-prelim" layer and saves the drawing.

Or if anyone knows of different software that can do the same thing, please let me know.

Thank you,
Brett Warner

You can accomplish the same thing in a "SCRIPT" file.

Also ... I'm not sure but it sounds like "checkstandards" might be a command to look into.
This command requires to setup a DWS file which is applied to all DWGs. And this can be done in BATCH. Just go to the DOS window.
Go to start>run>cmd - click ok
Then go to "C:\acad"
The type
dwgcheckstandards

I might be off ... but it just a suggestion.
Later guy!
