what is comparison between GOST standards and API for F&G cable?

I am involved in a project which going to provid MR for F&G cable regarding Russian GOST standards.
How can I translate cable specification from GOST(Russian Standards) to API!!!
would you please help me with some freeee sites or documents.

There are no free sites I am aware of. Ask the client for a vendor list of cable suppliers to GOST.
I am not sure what you mean by "from GOST to API". If the cable is going to Russia then it must meet the GOST requirements and should be purchased as such.
It is more expensive to buy the equipment and have an agency qualify it to GOST.
