Hi All,

As I'm referring to API MPMS 14.5 standard, I came across Theoretical Hydrocarbon Liquid Content (THLC) calculation, wherein I found Pb - Contractual base pressure. Didn't understand what exactly this Pb is referring to. Is it the pressure at metering skid at custody transfer location? Please help.

This looks like the reference pressure needed for all such calculations.

This is often 101,325 Pa, but sometimes the contractual base pressure is different.

There is no fixed pressure for this, but 101325pa (760mm mercury) is quite common.
